Keys & Home Access
House Keys: I respectfully request that a spare key be provided to me during the Meet & Greet. However, if you do not have one to provide then, I am happy to pick it up and drop it back off to you for a fee of $15.
Electronic Entry: I love garage entry and door codes. I just ask that your emergency contact listed has a key in case your garage or door lock would (malfunction, low batteries, obstructed sensor, etc). This HAS happened before and WILL happen again.
Emergency Contact
I ask that your emergency contact is not traveling with you on your trip and has a spare key for your home in case of emergency. In an actual case of emergency, I will ALWAYS contact you first. If I cannot get ahold of you, I will reach out to your emergency contact.
Social Media
I actively post on my personal and business Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. I do not share or tag your name or identifying information of your home, though I will often share your pets' names. If you do not wish for me to post your pets on my social media, please let me know ahead of time.
Payment
I require payment to be made in full on the first day of service.
Accepted forms of payment are:
Venmo (preferred), Cash, Check or Stripe.
Cancellations
It is not unusual for trip plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand when I book your services, I reserve exclusive time for you and your pets and have likely turned away other clients during your scheduled time. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies with the exception of severe weather, and/or life-threatening emergencies, less than 3-days' notice (or 72 hours) from of the start of your service: 50% refund and/or 50% of the service total will be charged. Less than 3 days' notice (72 hours): no refund and/or 100% of the service total will be charged. Reservations are made to plan our availability to clients. Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time scheduled.
Holidays
I happily work most holidays and charge an additional fee on the day of the holiday.
A surcharge of $20 will apply to every visit.

July 4-7
August/September 30 - 2
November/December 28 - 1
December 23-January 1
Service Area:
I service a 10-mile radius North, South, East and West of Raymore, MO
I do make exceptions based on availability, so please reach out if you're interested! Additional travel surcharge will apply outside the 10-mile radius.
