What Services do you offer?

Personalized individual client-based dog walking, cat and other small animal visits, in-your-home daily visits, pet taxi to the groomer, home care, and so much more. Have a specific need for your pet(s)? No problem. Just let me know! 

Why should I hire a pet sitter?

Hiring a professional pet sitter that is an educated, dedicated, and responsible caregiver is the best way to ensure your pets are happy and well and your home is safe and secure. 


Some benefits of hiring a professional sitter include:

  • Individualized Care and Attention
  • Pets are happier and experience less stress when at home.
  • Diet and exercise routines are followed to prevent any changes in day-to-day life.
  • Untrained or unwilling family or friends need not be called.
  • Insurance and continued education into proper pet care provide extra peace of mind.
  • Less risk of exposure to contagious illnesses or accidents that can happen in a boarding facility.
  • Regular updates let you know exactly how your pet and home are doing, even when you're away.


Do you board pets in your home?

 I do not offer boarding or kenneling services. I offer in your home pet sitting to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of your pet. 

I have a cat that doesn’t require much attention. Will you visit every other day?

 No. Any veterinarian will tell you that feline health problems can advance rapidly and may become terminal in 24 hours, even with pets that are in good health. It’s not uncommon for a cat to shut itself into a room or to get stuck in the window blinds or to accidently knock over a water bowl.  Additionally, coming every other day increases the opportunity for little problems (such as a broken pipe or gas leak) to become catastrophic. 

What kind of pet(s) do you care for?

I specialize in care for dogs and cats; however, I will offer individualized care for your other pets in your family, including birds, fish, hamsters, rabbits, etc.  Just let me know if you have unique or unusual needs, and I will do my best to meet your expectations. 

Will you provide updates on how my pet is doing while I am away?

Yes, I will provide updates after each visit with pictures, notes of what occurs in your home when you are away, and a GPS report via a smartphone app. 

Is my information confidential?

 Absolutely! I am committed to keeping all information received from my clients 100% confidential and will not disclose any of your personal information including your mailing address, phone numbers, and email address. I will only use your information as a means to take excellent care of your pets and home while you are away. 

What kind of timeframe do you need for our scheduled dog walking or pet sitting visits?

I will arrive during a 2–3-hour window that you choose when you set up your services. I cannot guarantee a specific time within that time window due to the potential for unexpected delays that may encounter throughout my day. If you have a puppy, or a pet with special needs, I will do our best to offer a one-hour window. Please specify this when booking.

When is payment due?

I require payment to be made in full PRIOR to the start of all services for each individual booking of consecutive dates.  

Accepted forms of payment are:

Venmo, Stripe or Cash

Last Minute Changes and Cancellation Policy

It is not unusual for trip plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand when I book your services, I reserve exclusive time for you and your pets and have likely turned away other clients during your scheduled time. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies with the exception of severe weather, and/or life-threatening emergencies, less than 3-days' notice (or 72 hours) from of the start of your service: 50% refund and/or 50% of the service total will be charged. Less than 3 days' notice (72 hours): no refund and/or 100% of the service total will be charged. Reservations are made to plan our availability to clients. Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time scheduled.  

What sort of bonding and insurance do you have?

 I am bonded and insured through Pet Care Insurance with Underwriters, Lloyd's London, and this protects your home and property while under my care. I provide every client with a copy of my proof of insurance upon request.
